The Senate doesn't have the only power in this equation. I don't think making the Senate another House is the answer and I don't think it would ever survive ratification.

They have equal representation. They have 2 Senators just like every other state. It is the House that balances the Senate with representation by population.

Of course I am not in favor of slavery and its not 1780. Small states will never win that majority.

State are made up of citizens. Wyomings interests don't always align with bigger states. Both deserve equal representation.

You can't expect smaller states to abide by the bigger states decisions. They'll always lose and that is oppressive.

There's no way some states would give up that power. Hard to see it ratified. If I lived in Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, etc, I would never vote to get rid of the electoral college.
