Its curried parsnip, sweet potato and carrot..
1 bag of peeled parsnips
One large sweet potato
2 large carrots
Some raisins
Lightly smother with olive oil and cover with lots of curry powder and honey then roast for 45min
Blend together with a litre or so of veggy stock
Et voila..
Delish..
