Five years ago today I lost my best friend, my teacher, my strength, the person that taught me empathy, understanding, compassion, kindness, unconditional love and respect. She was everything beautiful in my world and most of all she was just my MOM. I miss her more now than ever!

Yosemite National Park workers taking a stand! Once this regime starts selling off federal public lands there is no going back. Almost every US childhood was spent at these places all over the country. Our memories will be all that’s left. It’s just shameful!!
