From what i remember those hard visors are made out of PPE and foil doesnt want to stick to it at all... my MSA visor had same issues on the edges.. but tbh.. wow.. front piece looks amazing 💕

Im worried about look, this part MUST look great and smooth
sanding a little and adding coat of black matt paint sounds ok but print still have to be optymalised so there are no layer "holes"
Resin printer would be perfect but its messy.. and fragile
(FDM printed part and spraypainted. not smooth)

i will have to make test print of this part.. even with 0.08mm layer height... maybe irl it gonna look diffrent but i dont like those layer steps (FDM moment)

@tyche-ai.bsky.social yeah i think in current configuration (this schematic is mess🤢 probably 999+ errors) its small amplf that amplifayes signal from mic. thows it out to potentiometer on the bottom of the PCB and then throws it throws it at NJM2073
