I think he’s saying trumps going to make racist jokes about him. Like he’s breaking with Trump a bit, and saying he’s ok with becoming a target for this.

Why is his tie so long

This way employers have control. This way stifles economic movement between jobs and stifles entrepreneurial activity.
No. This is not the way.

He’s a career lawyer for the IRS. He makes 1/3 of what tax arts in private practice make. He’s not the boogeyman, he’s a dude working a job the government needed to function, before we decided to let billionaires be tax cheats.
The problem is people are short sighted and think he’s the big bad.
October 29, 2025 at 12:55 PM
Well the article says he got his permits in September. And he’s an irs lawyer, so he’s probably paying all that. But good looking out, I guess.

It wouldn’t matter. The people who vote for Trump don’t care about the former First Ladies. They don’t care about the wealthy people and corporations buying Trump’s favor by paying for this ballroom.

Like Truman had congressionally appropriated funds, and thus congressional approval for?

I think you might be misunderstanding, I read the sentence above you to mean that the Trump administration wants to destroy Colombia because it has become more democratic. That’s different that trying to destroy only the democracy in Colombia.

And I bet they can all fit in Mrs. Astor’s ballroom, just like back in the day.

No, Big Same means this person is also trying to have a conversation with their Trumpy family member.

Kinda funny that you link to CBS news coverage for this story.

Micro generation of parents who didn’t realize what their sons were getting in to on the internet, who realized too late. This stuff has been growing on line for 20 years, give or take. And unfortunately, too many parents raise their kids to think the internet edge lords could be right.

I have a young white son. Believe me, I am reading all I can about keeping him away from fascism, 4chan, alt right extremist stuff. I’m talking with him. I hope doing it well, bc I know one day he will walk his own path in life. He will have to make his own choices. There’s a whole 1/2

Michigan isn’t perfect, but it is a fantastic place to live. Wonderful natural, beautiful resources. Nice people. Good governance, most of the time.

No. It misapplies the historical context of Marbury though.

I agree, never viable. But I know where you were coming from. And I just like to use every opportunity to point out their hypocrisy. It’s a baby, until it inconveniences THEM.
June 27, 2025 at 1:33 PM
To be clear, I’m not saying she shouldn’t have gotten the medical care she needed. I’m saying that if the pro life movement sees that tissue as a baby some times, but not a baby when it is in a fallopian tube, then they aren’t being consistent at all.
June 27, 2025 at 1:27 PM
The development of the tissue in a fallopian tube doesn’t change just because it’s in a tube instead of a uterus. How is that tissue not a baby but the same tissue in a uterus at the same gestation is?

Also I have your book and am about to start reading it this weekend. Already want to thank you for writing it.

I see now that other people were commenting on this yesterday. I’ll just add this link here because I think it’s a good one. I started to get interest in this a few years ago because of family health reasons.
