Ohhh ja , der Verlust des Franziskanerkloster
ist wirklich für Berlin eine traurige Geschichte !
Aber mit der Neugestaltung des Molkenmarkt
hätte man ja eine Chance gehabt !
Aber in Berlin liebt man wohl mehr den
"LEGOBAUSTIL" !
Ohhh ja , der Verlust des Franziskanerkloster
ist wirklich für Berlin eine traurige Geschichte !
Aber mit der Neugestaltung des Molkenmarkt
hätte man ja eine Chance gehabt !

I am in Großbeeren (S of Berlin, 1.5 hours by bus & train) to pick up a package sent by GLS - the package IS NOT HERE! GLS has already planned for it to be sent to us on Monday (without telling us AND I won‘t be home) so the guy could not get it for me. What a shitshow! Hey, but this is Großbeeren:

Ha! In their e-mail they write one can pick up the package as soon as 9 am (in Großbeeren which means 1.5 hours each way). On their website and Googlemaps it says (updated recently) that they open at 10 am! GLS - what a shitshow…

No. If I allow then to leave the package in front of the foor to my flat and it disappears, I would be responsible. Unfortunately I cannot change the settings so that they send it to a shop nearby

So even though GLS told us two days ago that they couldn‘t try to deliver the package again, this morning at 10 am they informed us that they would try again between 11 and 12 - too bad I was working… Now it is in Großbeeren again (3 hours both ways) 🤬

A fellow German teacher once told me that when teaching at a British school, he would - as he had always done - shout something like “Kölle alaaf“ to start the Fastnachtszeit (carnival time) at 11:11 on 11 November. I don‘t think he did it the next year…
