Halting cancer research is vile. I lost my father and one of my dearest friends to cancer. Yesterday, my cousin's sweet wife entered hospice care after a grueling battle against cancer. She's not even 40 years old. Be near, Lord Jesus. These are hard days. 💔

Where you are feeling more than you have the capacity to reach is an invitation to take it to the Lord in prayer. It's time for intercessors to rise up.

I think of the rescuers, evacuees, those who lost everything. I think of the children whose sense of normalcy has been shattered. I think of the air quality. Pray for California, and help if you can. 🙏🏽

My heart goes out to everyone affected by the fires in California. I remember visiting the Hollywood Hills, and though I LOVED it there, my then undiagnosed OCD was in full flare. If something were to happen, I couldn't imagine a feasible way of evacuating everyone. What a nightmare. 💔

This grief is ours. We must bear it. We aren't getting through the next several years without acceptance. Next we must bear it, steward it. I love how the #92percent has already decided how it will and won't engage. Let's stay the course.

Jeremiah 10:19 AMP
[19] “Woe to me because of my [spiritual] brokenness!” [says Jeremiah, speaking for the nation.] “My wound is incurable.” But I said, “Surely this sickness and suffering and grief are mine, And I must bear it.”

Threads was entertaining, but I am looking forward to being a bit more intentional here.
