Another continental knitter here! 🙋‍♀️ it’s more common than the English way in this part of the world, and I think it’s a lot faster. I do both when I use two colours, though. I use one colour for each hand/method. It sounds a bit weird, but it works! My mom and grandma taught me how to do it. 😊
