Yesterday, I had the most wonderful time guest lecturing in a graduate seminar called the Politics of Mental Health. We read parts of Fredrika Thelandersson's book, 21st Century Media and Female Mental Health.

Your life should be more liveable. Affordable, workable, loveable, joyful, pleasureable, fulfilling, striving. That life is what we should be aiming for. Not criminalizing, punishing, hating, war-ing, taking, ruining.

When I introduce myself to students at the beginning of the semester, I always tell them I'm an avid reader and welcome reading recommendations.

For the first time, a student approached me after class and recommended me a book. He even connected it back to my StoryGraph data that I showed them! 😁😭
