how did you do on your perception check?

Lychees are so good, but I'm still trying to figure out how to keep the flavors natural through fermentation. I did something similar with canned lychees in primary and in secondary, and backsweetened with nonfermentable sweeteners. It was great, but tasted like a fruit cup 🤷🏽‍♂️
