I think we will still blame the whole country. Get off the couch and do something to stop it. This has been going on for decades. Rise up, select, and elect the incorruptible on all sides of the aisle. The fight is against corruption in every party across the world. Fight!

It usually is, even if it's not, it's antibacterial because of its viscosity. Dilute it, and the wild stuff says LET'S EAT! Honey surface can be infected, and usually that slow fermented honey on the top is the tastiest as Lactobacillus is dominant and still works in low O2 environment.

Because it's cheap and unstoppable and the dominant flavour is overpowered by ginger. I'd recommend another yeast if you're going with a more subtle addition like blueberries say. K1-V1116 works well for wild stuff as it's a killer strain and accentuates aromas.
