You should try measuring orrr taking daily photos! It won’t feel like anything is changing but you’ll look back after a month or 3 months or whatever and be able to see the changes! Daily photos is a lot, I just did that with 75 hard a while back. Weekly might be better. 😂

Feel this so hard. I take measurements monthly to battle it because if I can see a number change, I’ll believe it. Otherwise I just see what I wanna see and it’s usually not great 😅

I did incline treadmill(12-3-30 after an hour of lifting) like 6 days a week for a year 😂 Calorie deficit makes it go faster. Now I lift 6 days a week for almost 2 hours-occasionally do cardio. All normal stuff! I learned consistency is THE most important part. You gotta show up for yourself
