Some people are in awe about how fast the Chinese have built infrastructure megaprojects. Part of it is down to not having as difficult approvals process (environmental, properties etc.) but even more so because of cutting corners at every step of construction.

Vairāk par visu jāatgādina pašvaldībām, ka pašlaik pilsētās atļauties ātrumi ir pārāk augsti, lai uz ielām droši pārvietotos bez auto - gājēju un velosipēdistu infrastruktūra lielākoties ir neadekvāta vai neesoša. Tam jābūt fokusā!

If Trump is honest about his concept of only defending allies "who pay", then Baltics can be on the right side: they are and will remain in a 3% - 5% of GDP range.

But if there's an extra layer of pro-Russian ill-intent, Trump will find ways of betraying the Baltics.
