Bending nails and cracking frames, and it's okay, because imperfection and brokenness is what my work is about.

This has been in my heart and mind for a while. I have not wanted to blatantly put politics in my own artwork for a very long time. But, the realization is, that no matter what, politics is still there. Our whole lives are political. I wish it wasn't like this. But, it is. #art #poetry #coffeetalk
