It's freed from the real if it targeted EVERYTHING ON YOUR BOARD including mana rocks and lands.

It's drastically more broken. Any Utopia Sprawl effect, any 2-mana colored mana rock, etc, and you have infinite mana and can infinitely use ALL tap effects on your entire board.

No if friggen isn't. If you have ANY mana rock or land that can produce RR or UU, you have infinite mana, and even if they attempt to remove it, you can simply make the infinite mana in response and it cannot be responded to.

And then you can dump that infinite mana into any tap outlet.

Protection from blocking is a pretty cool idea, but very counterintuitive. Can't be dealt damage by blocking creatures, but can be blocked, because the creature isn't blocking until it starts to block.

Mostly any of the "artifacts tap for mana" or "tokens tap for mana" or affinity cards, plus any of the stuff like chatterfang or peregrin took or academy manufacturer. Also stuff like Merchant of Truth and Kappa Cannoneer. Mechanized Production is also pretty much an auto win too.

If this were "attacks you" I think it would be really cool. The fact it triggers on each creature attacking anyone else as well is a bit too much.

Yes it's busted; it creates an artifact token anytime any creature attacks anyone, no matter who or where, and its one per attacking creature. If you can't find ways to break countless artifact tokens, you need to expand your horizons.

Kinda interesting. 0 mana is super strong, always, but the effect is pretty weak. A card for +0/+3 reach seems fairly reasonable.

I mean the fact you have to pay its cost is probably good. This is 3 mana instant speed cast anything from anywhere but your hand. Including your opponent's hand, library, or even battlefield.

The funny thing is that technically both protection and haste are in mono green but this really doesn't feel green. I'd say RW1, though I could see it being a very pushed RW..

I'd call it broken. It's a 2 mana ramp card that gives mana back immediately, making it essentially 1 color, while giving you a card every turn.

Creatures dying from damage is a state-based action. They would die from combat damage at the same point you do, causing this to turn on immediately after you died.
