Shelby Oaks got under my skin right away, the mockumentary style feels authentic, and the mystery around the creature is genuinely creepy. But once it abandons that format, the film stumbles. The tone shifts, and what began as gripping horror turns into a bit of a mess.

Bugonia is a mesmerising triumph from Yorgos Lanthimos. Visually stunning, darkly funny, and emotionally sharp. Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons deliver captivating performances in a daring satire that brilliantly exposes the absurdities of power, truth, and human delusion.

Roofman totally won me over, Channing Tatum delivers one of his most genuine moving performances yet. I didn’t expect to tear up, but the story’s warmth and hope hit hard. It’s a heartfelt, funny, and beautifully human film about second chances and finding light in unexpected places

The Black Phone 2 tries to expand the story but loses the tension and focus that made the first film great. Over-explained, slow, and lacking real scares, it feels more like a slick copy than a true sequel. Ethan Hawke is solid, but everything else rings hollow. A major step down.

Tron: Ares delivers stunning visuals and a pulsating Nine Inch Nails score that amplify every frame. But despite the spectacle, its thin story and shallow characters keep it from truly resonating. A neon-lit marvel that looks and sounds better than it feels.

HIM is stylish, strange, and unsettling, mixing horror with sporting ambition. It looks great and has moments of promise, but the story’s messy and uneven.
Still, it sticks with you, creepy, bold, and flawed in a way that’s hard not to admire.

Dead of Winter is a slow-burning thriller. The snowy wilderness amps up isolation and claustrophobia, with man and nature both as threats.
Some parts feel predictable, but it’s still a gripping survival film worth seeing. And Emma Thompson is brilliant, as always!

The Long Walk is bleak, tense, and strangely beautiful. The film pulls you into its exhausting, fearful world, making you truly care for the characters.

The Naked Gun reboot shouldn’t work, but it kind of just does. Not every gag lands, yet the slapstick and one-liners had the audience and. myself laughing.

A lazy, shallow reboot that leans too hard on nostalgia. Weak script, thin characters, and a clunky twists ruin any tension.
Even returning stars can't save this dull, derivative slasher. A cash-grab with no real reason to exist.
