@msnbc.com I'm trying to alert MSNBC that your video signal's being targeted & interfered with. It's only MSNBC & never during commercials. I'm in Western MD, & have verified the problem with my service provider. It's been occurring for a few weeks. Every time they fix it, it starts happening again.
