Although I can't disagree with calling him a sonofabitch.

Diabolical? That's too nice for him. His statement was pure evil. I wonder how many of the Epstein redactions are his.

Maybe this is a precursor for another type of fall. His health could be failing even faster than the legal issues his administration is encountering.

Where was all this Republican concern about my personal data when Musk and his goon squad were pillaging government records in the name of "efficiency"? Now they just flat out lie because they're obviously terrified too many people are getting sick of their crap and just might sign the petitions.

Too bad DOGE doesn't exist anymore (as if it was ever "efficient"). Tariffs seem to change on a whim and there is a cost to implement every change. Just like the ridiculous name changes (Dept. of War, Gulf of America), they waste time and resources.

And freeze their pay during government shut-downs (except the worst of them make lots of money from other sources). Better still, BAN THE SHUTDOWNS! They cost a fortune and disrupt everything. There must be some way to fund our government without this constant game of chicken.

Funny how he never names the poll. The only polls that MIGHT have sky high ratings for him would include only his cabinet members or his billionaires club. Even those are probably marginal at best. The Epstein vote was pretty telling.

I wish the Pope would give it a try. He has not exactly been supportive of this regime's policies.
November 3, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Yep, McConnell lied about "policy" for Obama appointees and did a complete 180 on said "policy" to screw up Biden's SCOTUS appointee. And he did learn his lesson. Unfortunately, what he learned was that his party would pretty much support him no matter what he did.

He demonstrated MAGA beliefs with ridiculous lawsuits as AG (claiming he wasn't seeking higher office if I remember correctly). Less than 50% of voters in the state are Republican, yet voted for him (and Hawley) and gave their party control at both the state & federal level. He is reprehensible!

I'd like to see ALL nations (especially ours) boycott all his holdings (quit buying his crap, playing golf on his courses, etc.). With his usual business acumen (or rather, lack thereof), he has insulted our closest neighbors so tourism is affected. Art of the deal? HAH!

Sadly, he's also in competition with Thomas for the most corrupt.

Clarification. What possible benefit TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT could there be to this ego trip?

Granddaughter of a WWI Army vet, daughter of a WWII & Korea Army vet, niece of 6 Army & Navy vets (1 career Army), and sister to an Air Force vet. Where the hell is DOGE when they could actually do something that would save money? What possible benefit could there be to this ego trip?
May 6, 2025 at 9:48 PM
Exactly. No matter what he does, they will never admit they were wrong. For most Presidents stress is a major health concern, but SCOTUS has eliminated a lot of that by giving him carte blanche. I keep thinking his diet and lack of exercise will get to him like it does to most people.

The value of science & research may never be recognized by MAGAts. It's all about "faith" (and they STILL have faith in Trump).
