Agreed, the journey to the “podium” sucks the energy out of the drivers.
The actual podium looked a mess with people milling around in the background so we couldn’t see the drivers.

I have the view that the squad rotation is part of the problem as the players are asked to play different positions with different players which means that aren’t cohesive. I would prefer to see two predominantly stable starting squads
