We had heard of it and even looked up the book because of the trailer for the film adaptation and that only registered because it stars Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs. Still looks like a decent film, wonder what the stars think of the news?

As a follow up to my original question about Sinister Dexter collections, I’d suggest that the reason the previous attempts didn’t sell well is that they were a bit confusing as to what you were getting. I think they’d do much better as a complete collection from the beginning, labeled as such.

I’d read more if it wasn’t for my aphantasia. Reading sf when you can’t picture anything in your mind is difficult unless you’ve already seen the world. I can read tie-in fiction, since I know those worlds, but anything original is a problem because I can’t build an image.

Same here. After the disaster that was Crystal Skull, Dial of Destiny was an amazing comeback. Shame that box office has to be the deciding factor. Indy’s audience has aged, I imagine a lot of folks my age chose to wait and watch it on Disney Plus.
