Never not obsessed by Andrzej Żuławski's Possession (1981)

Grabbed my big brush recently and tackled an A4 size painting in the same way I do my trading card sized ones.

Mommy Karlach looks at you with disgust.

I felt inspired to do some more Baldur's Gate characters, and really enjoyed how this one came together.

Special thanks to one of my older scuffed up brushes for all the texture in this one. Sometimes fighting the scale of the brush is worth it.

The latest raid in WoW is incredibly good looking, so I had to choose something from it to paint. What better to choose than the final boss, the giant Dimensius the All-Devouring.

I even bought quinacridone magenta so that I could get some really vibrant pinks.

The giant humanoid manifestation of darkness rests his right hand on the ground as he prepares to slam his left onto a band of adventures who stand tiny against his huge form. Behind him, pipes and metal frames channel purple and pink void and arcane energy. Those colours reflect off his bronze coloured armour, which sit like curling frames on his arms. Lights resembling stars glow within his body and a beam of light bursts from his chest, creating a rift in space in front of it.

Keskuspuisto in Helsinki is a wonderful place. The access to nature from the city was truly inspiring.

I also discovered a painter named Fanny Churberg on my trip there, and her art helped inspire this forest scene.

Since I've been diversifying with animals and landscapes a lot more, it felt nice to go back to an interestingly lit face.

A bird inspired OC I created recently in oils after a few rough sketches and a failed digital version. Despite all that, choosing a name for them is the hardest part!

Ciri from The Witcher universe is absolutely one of my all time favourite characters. I'm super excited to see the way CDPR interprets her as she grows older.

Anyway here's a 64x89mm oil on card painting that I did based on her new look from the trailer.

Painted my friends for their wedding. They love raves, festivals, and music in general so a picture of them at Glasto seemed appropriate.

A painting I did of a wedding scene. The brides' dog sat on their dresses and created a magical moment which I've interpreted here.

What do we think of this one?

I love the flash photography effect, I imagined the subject being at a party and this close-up snaps them mid dance to an early 00s club classic.

Submitted this to an exhibition open call as well, wish me luck.
