Now it's like 3 months too late. I feel bad for not making it a year and already looking but really I shouldn't. They've had time to correct this and I know MY ass would've gotten caught and disciplined SO fast. I'm tired hah.

Like it literally makes no sense... after all those emails I sent about issues we've had, my entire team telling me their troubles and seeing very minimal honestly not much improvement after all this time just doesn't make sense...

Like how many fucking times do I have to point out she doesn't know how to do the job unless apparently she has someone sit next to her to babysit?

I showed her where to find the template, I showed her my examples, I told her what info we needed. Literally pointer it out in a binder we have for reference of how to do our job... I'm gonna scream

Just another nail into the coffin of me leaving this place. I refuse to work someplace that fails to recognize someone is not working our for the team flow but ignores all our help for MONTHS

I'm not gonna be nice with them even if they are new because they've failed to show any improvement in their job after 2 MONTHS of extra training.

Also they threw one of my co workers under the bus for a mistake they made and won't admit to. So yeah they're dead to me 😊
