So good! I've made it that way for years. As long as it's firm tofu it should hold up pretty well. I coat it in flour and seasonings of your choice (I believe corn starch is recommended but that's all I had) and a drizzle of oil and air fry it. Tastes yummy and u could pair it with a sauce too :)
