In pre-elon finnish twitter we had this joking saying, that "Twitter is the social media of the elite". I feel that might still hold to some extent, but now there is 4 different twitters, each with different political leanings.

What is frustrating about this story is that it implies that the information that a chatbot can give you about making a nuclear weapon is separate from what you can just find online anyway. While I appreciate that the point is that "guardrails" are flawed, it is still a silly example.

I think this rule calls for a pitch of my fully mechanical reactor idea... Is it going to pass the safetychecks required by law? Almost certainly not! But will it distrupt the nuclear industry? Maybe...

For example, the new rules will allow approval of technology, partially based on already approved technology. This way if someone gets a licence for one SMR, anyone can use their data and licence to streamline approval for second similar SMR.

I recently attended a lecture, where official from STUK explained the new rules they are working on as a part of the redrawing of nuclear regulation. And even as nobody can deny the need for update, to some people deregulation just seems to be a magic solution, that will solve any problem.

Aah. I remember how my father thaught me (as a 7-8 year old) how to start a fire with my first puukko. I still have it laying somewhere with my other tools.

Is it still in fashion to drop out of uni, to become a grifter with insane ideas in the silicon valley? Because I have a few crazy... I mean distruptive ideas, that only need a couple of million in financing and some fissile material!

And even not learning that well wasn't an issue, because there were some squads, that had english as the command language.

Yep. In the Guard Jaeger Rgt. where most expats serve in, some soldiers that came in knowing almost no finnish spoke it pretty well by transfer to reserve. One brit I served with had learned finnish so well, that after 6 mounths I had no idea he had just learned it.

Wasn't it supposed to be a Documentary? But the subject matter was just too absurd, not to become a comedy.

Koska ruotsinkielistä yhteiskuningaskuntaa on jo historiassa kokeiltu, ehdotan että valtioliitto on tasavalta ja sen hallintokieli on suomi!

Tämä onkin hyvä muistutus mennä katsomaan mitä kursseja on syksynmittaa tulossa. Pitääpä koittaa tällekin kurssille päästä. Vaikkei ihan omaan alaan liity, vaikuttaa kyllä mielenkiintoiselta!

No wonder they aren't yet transferred to completely a dry navy. I wouldn't want to be sober on one of those ships either!
