I went ahead and replaced zsh on macOS with my new shell -- the hand-crafted version, not the vibe-coded one. It's still not exactly ready for primetime (It doesn't yet support quotes or changing directory), but I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out.

I don't know whether I should be proud of this or not, but I successfully got a fully AI-Generated Pull Request. I'm using this to learn how to code review.

Artificial Intelligence can be used to create great things, but it requires the person using it to actually be a creative person themselves. If you don't have a creative bone in your body, then it's a good bet you're just using AI as a crutch, and that's how you get slop.

It's wild how people are mad that Mojang sent an enforcement notice to a server that explicitly allowed hate and told them to stop, and then saying they should *instead* target the servers with harmful gambling...

It's wild seeing the amount of people that have never actually created anything in their lives being upset that Mojang is forcing a Minecraft Server to stop allowing hate, and spreading the idea that intellectual property shouldn't exist.

I'll bet most of you don't know that Amazon once released a phone under the Fire brand. I'll bet you also didn't know Minecraft was available for it.
They'll maintain Minecraft for a phone that utterly failed in the market FIVE YEARS after being discontinued, but they won't put it on Mac.

Apparently they brought Game Informer back earlier this year. Neat! This was the magazine that introduced me to the Nintendo DSi and the Nintendo 3DS back in the day. I'm glad to see it still around!

I don't understand Nintendo's strategy with Nintendo Music and Alarmo. I really thought those products were going to be used as part of marketing new games going into the Nintendo Switch 2 era.
But alas, nothing. They don't seem integrated into the Nintendo ecosystem at all.
