We were out of milk and spices and vanilla extract, to be frank... But it's okay! This egg custard is really nice. Maybe I'll skip the pan and go straight for the air fryer next time. The dish makes Kotonui think of a certain someone 🤖... Some bits are like baked meringue, some are like melted sweet butter.
