Ukrainian is a pretty risky language in video game industry. These localizations often do not pay off because Ukrainians used to play games in English or Russian.
Maybe if Nintendo have good PR they can make money there, but I'm not an expert.

They want to start translating games into Polish and Thai. So, no Russian language for Nintendo games anymore. At least Polish is closer to Russian, so it will be easier to do some fan-translations using Polish text as a reference.

As far as I remember, they tried to "accustom" the audience to such games and this happened very gradually, but due to sanctions, this became pointless.
Russian-speaking communities are too small for Nintendo to get a reasonable profit. Sony and Xbox have much larger audience there.

Nintendo has no representation in these countries and this market is unprofitable for them.
For example Sony still printing Russian discs in Kazakhstan.

There was a long interview with a former Nintendo employee who said that Russian localizations weren't profitable even before massive sanctions.

I highly doubt they'll add Russian anytime soon. All new games developed for the Switch 2 don't support it (and they also suspended all the social media in Russian).

I don't know about switch 2 release in mainland China, they will probably add it when it releases there.

No idea about the rest.

I watched a few episodes. It's just a generic show for kids in modern setting, that's it.
You won't miss anything if you don't watch it.
