Unfortunately that would further increase the shipping cost. Shipping internationally is currently more expensive due to our manufacturer being located within the USA.

I can answer this, its 100% cotton, we made sure it feels nice to wear, asking stuff like "does it feel good" and "can you fall asleep in it". So far it is resoundingly comfortable.
