Good morning! These owls stole a nest from some Swainson’s hawks a couple years ago, and the Swainson’s grudgingly moved to a magpie nest nearby. The contested nest fell down this year. We just spotted the owls in the new Swainson’s nest. Just wait til the hawks get back from Argentina next month!
