I hate the trend in fiction where a character has to accept cultural differences when the difference is comedic or obviously barbaric by their standards. I want realistic differences that leaves you questioning yourself.

Honestly pokemon shouldve kept the dating Sim approach that was used with N. Make astounding graphics within limits, but all character dialouge be that close up art work similarly used with N. Danganronpa is a great example of this style of character interaction
