@gruber.foo It worries me a little that could be a big issue for me and the family all attached, including my parents. They should be open about what the issue and scam is to help customers be safe, and avoid this hassle.

That’s great. It’s syncing again.

However the year I purchased when it was broken is MIA, still shows 2026 (which I extended to about a week ago), not 2027, since I bought a 2nd extension.

I have an iPad that shows cloud sync expired, phone shows all good.
