WE ARE ALL DISABLED…to a certain extent…. In certain environments where we don’t have the skills, mental capacity or physical strength. If disability is a disadvantage/ something that can limit us…. in a lot of ways we can all at be “disabled.” Hence why disability discrimination is so Fucking dumb!

Today my best friend comes running in on my birthday with a rainbow unicorn balloons.
The best bit- she tells me the lady in the shop is all: “ahhh is it for your daughter my little girl loves unicorns too.” My friend: “urmm nope it’s actually for my autistic adhd 37 year old best friend.” 😂😂 YAY

Finally deleted my Instagram account today 🙈 It was so weird I’ve been on there for 13 years I am sure I’m just a teeny drop in the ocean but don’t want to give meta anything. It started out as a cute place to put photos now it’s become something entirely different and soul sucking. Eugh
