True small government would be Libertarianism. You can't be for small government in most of Social Conservative policies. As a Progressive I prefer big government but not in a Authoritarian way rather on Socialism in domestic policies.

I didn't like it too much that Jon Stewart is being too friendly to the Establishment from Liberals & Conservatives but do criticize harshly which I do enjoy while his humor are charismatic. What kind of shtick that Stewart annoyed you. Stewart is great from above average spectrum of my opinion.

I've have been followed these Iranian Protest (2025-2026) which is been the biggest since Iranian Revolution (1978-1979). If you watch these clips or videos it was batshit crazy like gulf of fire, scared away the authorities who they outnumbered them but some joined in and tons of shouting slogans.
