So I am hoping there is a way forward through this where they both survive. And none of that going back in time and not meeting each other to save CXS because there's all sorts of issues with that. One, also predictable. But two, CXS would still get powers and probably mess things up

seems like they can and will come up with another way/ another path. There is a lot we don't know about these powers and what they can do. And although it's a donghua, in many anime/ video games/stories etc... it's all about defying destiny and creating your own fate.

and why I could see it going that way, is also because how much would it drive them crazy if they could prevent death and tragedies but they're only 2 (now 3?) people and they'd have so many people to help they could never ever do it. And they'd be heartbroken over it.

Another theory is that LG will have to trade his life for CXS. Now my very hopeful, optimistic heart wants to believe that those are both wrong and and LG will be successful. First, I will admit that I could see either of those as people can't cheat death and the show has shown us

I have several feelings about the current theories out there. One of the more popular ones is that the show has told us repeatedly that you can't change a death node (in our world, you can't bring back the dead) which means LG needs to accept it and let him go.

Between LG's backstory and what went on with CXS's parents (and everything going on with the Bridon trio), it's going to be a lot! Which is why I think it's really hard to predict the outcome (mainly, will LG be successful and save CXS).

This show has broken my heart over and over again but nothing prepared me for that. I'm still shocked! And I'm so curious to see what will happen in season 3. The biggest thing I'm looking forward to, is LG's backstory. We know so little about him and we need -more-!
