NVIDIA can be pretty picking with vrr over HDMI at the best of times. Both my monitors support it but gsync just flat out doesn't function on anything other than DP on them even in Windows.

I'm looking forward to 2 years from now when UE6 arrives before anyone ever gets a handle on 5. I wonder what new and exciting stutters and artefacts we'll all get to enjoy

Somehow the DSC/VRR related black screens have gotten worse on my 4090 with this release. Plenty of intermittent ones when running @ 4k 240hz, but these were the first ones where I had to reboot/power cycle to fix.

I had 2 industrial units running in my tiny ass house for over a week a few months ago after a water leak, it was like living inside a data center.

Genuinely, what major patch could they possibly need at this point? The hardware has been in production from a silicon perspective for the better part of 3 years.
