She is from Mistral and worships the moon. One day she hopes that the moon can become whole again when the people of Remnant unite. Her semblance allows her to be empowered by the moons rays, and often prays to the moon at night.

Next up for today's oc posting is Shivrr Blackburn! She's my take on the Phoenix trope of rising from the ashes, as well as mixing in the black plague nursery rhyme 'ring around the rosey' which has rhe line 'ashes, ashes we all fall down'.
