Drill a hole using the right bit (some plastics are less likely to shatter if running a regular drill bit in reverse; I'm not sure if acrylic is one of them) and then use a file to get your corners.

Krita has, I think, two driver models that it can support - Inkspace and... uhh. Whatever the other one is. Try messing with that setting. Otherwise try messing with your tablet drivers.

you've done dkms autoinstall or dkms install (specifying the kernel version if it's not the one you're currently running) and you have a supported-by-Nvidia kernel version?
