My latest cake offering, had a minor GBBO moment (getting the proportions of ingredients round the wrong way for buttercreme is ..... the less said the better) but it was almost entirely destroyed by the family

In kitchen news, the test of the pie for solstice was accepted. Notes have been made on what I did different from the recipe (Pie Room, pg 179). A larger version will be created in a few weeks time.
