TBH the proliferate commander is able to combo to infinite proliferate with a wet paper bag, so it should be considered at least a part of one engine

I would think that figuring out the engine would allow for the rest of the deck to be built out. Use a site like Commanders Spellbook to find the combos that fit your playstyle/budget and then flesh it out from there.

I guess the real question is what's your engine to get counters? Just go high power dorks or some type of Coretapper combo?

While I appreciate your sentiment as a trans woman, it's best to leave Two Spirits as a concept to the peoples it belongs to and not attach it to people outside of their culture. No need for us to take anything else from a people who have had so much taken from them by colonialism.
