like listen. i like AI as much as the next guy, it can be a tool for so much good if the proper sanctions and rules are put in place… but when has America ever been proactive instead of reactive

it also is taking longer and longer for hiring processes. people take forever to get back to you, longer still to do an interview, half the time you’re just recording yourself and then it takes them time to go through those submissions (if that’s not also done by AI—)
