Had a dream that the Brilliant app @brilliant.org was offering basic magic courses. You had to start with Abjuration as a prerequisite, which had some people upset.

Had a buddy ask me for some end-game tips on @keengamesstudio.bsky.social masterpiece, #enshrouded, because I have 400+ hours in it.
I had to explain that at least 300 hours of that is doing Mage Parkour, building neat little homes, amd making sure my goats and weird-deer have enough to eat.

Creating little fetishes and figurines and leaving them in nooks and crannies of waystations along the Ducal Road to confuse and delight other travelers is both a good way to train Alteration and a worthy expenditure of mana. You shan't convince me otherwise.

Finished Book 1 of "Runic Artist" by Ellake, and it was great. Starting Book 2 now, even though I have work in the morning. I'm just a sucker for cool mage #litrpg stories, even if I know that I should be getting ready for bed.

Just finished Book 1 of Runeblade by Bacon Macleod on #Royalroad, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well-written #litrpg with a great skill system and an engaging #spellsword MC is kinda my fave.

Love the flexibility, attention to detail, and freedom. It's open, vibrant, and exciting. The trailers did not do the game any justice. Expensive though.
