I remember, the '70s, '80s and '90s listen/watch the Budget speech to learn how the next year would affect my life financially. Pre Budget "speculation" was just that. Now, the Internet, SM, MSM, Radio, Briefings offer various "Budget" options weeks before. Let the Chancellor speak & then opine?

The "hard truth" we need to hear her acknowledge is: the Referendum was Cameron's cowardice over UKiP, not to benefit the Country. We must start from there.
