I'm gonna try and classpect the rest of the cast too, but it'll probably be more difficult because I'm less mentally ill about them. For now I'm assuming Angel Dust and Husk might have ties to Light as an aspect, Pentious might be Space?? Vaggie is. A Knight but no clue what the aspect is. h.

To add to this, Charlie is an Heir of Hope, and her and Adam ARE the royal showdown between which "new" system will prevail. Adam's newly invented yearly exterminations system, OR Charlie's newly invented system of redemption. Both of which are, btw, built on nothing but FAITH in the greater good.

Adam pulls Lute back with "let's not get our hands too dirty", while Lute pulls Adam back with "do you WANT to cause more problems for yourself?" Adam can be manipulative even if he's a complete buffoon, while Lute can be completely in control even in a subservient role. I'm chewing on them both.

It also helps the fact that Lute and Adam are two sides of the same coin. They're both the destructive side of devotion, but while Adam's devotion is to himself and to Faith as an Idea, Lute's is placed in Adam and in their mutual hatred, hence why they balance each other out so well.

Her constant doubting of everything good gets her consistently dismissed by Heaven, she LACKS the faith and hope that all of the rest of heaven thrives in, and her negative emotions cast doubt on the very system she's meant to uphold, calling her superiors traitors for not adhering to her threats.

Lute, on the other hand, is an embodiment of Rage in the purest sense. She serves her aspect by serving herself, she's dedicated to Adam and has sworn her loyalty to him (her love for him) more than she actually swore it to Heaven (like a Knight would).

Adam inherited his role and is deeply tied to the idea of a lineage, his main drive is to Destroy what doesn't fit into his personal convictions, and based on the way he acts in s1e1 and the secret deal he has with Lilith, it paints Adam as someone who's better at scheming than you might assume.

Why not?

I know it's probably extremely disappointing to hear but. I kind of just want to have a place where I can be angry about this game. That's kind of it <3

Like releasing it would be Funny rather than Cathartic. I don't know if I should, I'm still on the fence, but... I can't lie the temptation is there especially because I have all of tomorrow off. And the video is shorter than 10 minutes so it'd be easy to render too, HMMM...

I always said I'd only finish and release this video if something really, truly and utterly pissed me off beyond measure. But it's the opposite now, I've gotten so much better over time and have shit I'm actually passionate about doing again that this video feels less emotionally catastrophic for me
