When I say "cost of insurance" i mean the rates everyone pays into when they buy insurance. If the ratio of claimants to non claimants is too skewed towards claimants then the company either has to up everyone's rates or deny some claims. Regardless of industry. It's a description not prescription.

Any insurance is built on the idea that there will be more people who pay for it and don't make a claim than there are people who make claims. Medicine is already ridiculously expensive so the only solution they have is to either jack up everyone's rates or deny some people. I don't make the rules.

The Healthcare provider failing to give care isn't even comparable to murder in the slightest. Insurance can't always pay out claims regardless of industry due to the amount of claims and cost of the insurance. Shooting some CEO doesn't change that, go to congress jackass.
