Im sorry if you really believe the Hamas propaganda that Israel's goal is genocide. If that were true, there would have been no aid trucks, no warnings for targeted strikes, no ceasefire offerings that were turned down multiple times by Hamas, and by now there would be no one left in Gaza.

Didn't say that. But Hamas are terrorists and are not adhering to the ceasefire agreement. They really don't want peace. They only want the death of all Jewish people. And are willing to kill their own to achieve that goal.

Real food for the win. Individual micronutrient supplements as necessary (because of food allergies or other reasons for limited food intake). Protein powders are virtually unnecessary for people who eat.

Night before carb loading is an old myth. It's about what you do the WEEK before (both food and training) to maximize your glycogen stores. Definitely limit or avoid fried foods. And hope you have an earlier, rather than later, reservation.

Order what you want, but take half home to enjoy after the marathon. What you have to be careful about is alcohol. Save money and don't do more than 1 glass of celebratory champagne.
