Sometimes, there are settings in browsers that a user isn’t aware will cause the aforementioned wigginess. Bearing this in mind, there are also cases when the user is just trying to use the service/website, and something on the server goes wrong.

It's weird what we take for granted. As someone who's worked with digital music since 1984, I was just sitting and musing that it was nice not to have to choose which 2 voices I was going to use simultaneously.
