clients' enthusiasm about their own or favorite characters doesn't translate into anything for me unfortunately.

i used to do a lot of ychs in the past, switched to regular comm types because ych interest can be very low sometimes and i need a steady amount to cover my expenses each month, but yeah maybe i can start doing more of those again. see how it goes.

for me the issue seems to be i do not like drawing characters i am unfamiliar with, like i need some form of emotional connection to the subject i'm drawing or i hate the process hahaha. i want to rewire my brain!!!
