This little lady is 5 whole years old today! Her gotcha date’s not til March, but we adopted her from a friend so we know her actual bday. Happy Birthday to our lovely Miss Peppercorn! Despite being a butt half the time she is the most pleasant & well behaved kitten I could have ever wished for.

This little lady is 5 whole years old today! Her gotcha date’s not til March, but we adopted her from a friend so we know her actual bday. Happy Birthday to our lovely Miss Peppercorn! Despite being a butt half the time she is the most pleasant & well behaved kitten I could have ever wished for.
We get to have fire now. Apparently the answer is multiple cabins complain about fire ban signs in the pits when the county is not under ban to the on site staff and they’re like “oh fire ban is lifted, you’re good to fire”.

Oh no! They are reproducing this hoodie I had way back in the day and I’m so tempted to buy it bc I wore mine into the ground and ended up repurposing it into a decorative pillow for a niece.

Finally sat down and played with my ink swatch cards this morning that I bought months ago. Really wanted to see how the new inks I bought yesterday looked. We have a few more inks I need to swatch but they are L’s & I need to get him to clarify which colors they are.

Found out about a local pen show kind of last min, but despite a smaller budget than I would have liked to have gone with picked up a pen that’s been on a wishlist and some other fun things.

They are cute! Honestly didn’t realize they were the same brand as one that my husband had bought for me before that I wasn’t super in love with, but I guess now my little odd boy out has two new little friends.

Indulged in some retail therapy today in the form of blind box dolls and washi tape. Should really stop spending my money on stuff, but what else am I working for at this point other than cute treats.

Been at least a decade or longer since we’ve had a fireworks show in my downtown area, not since we’ve been in this house for sure, but apparently other than minor power line obstruction our backyard has a pretty good view.

I fully admit to having a questionably unhealthy obsession with washi tape & BGM brand in particular. Local Kino got a new shipment since I’d last been in & these 3 came home with me today. I only say an unhealthy obsession bc while they will get used, they won’t get used as quickly as I buy rolls.

The only Black Friday deal I wish I had the extra money for. I def feel my age when the sort of deal that I would partake in if the funding was there is literally a fancy iron and a case for it.

Had a lovely Thanksgiving day meal (we ate mid afternoon so it wasn’t exactly lunch or dinner but I’m still super stuffed). We just did a meal at home just the two of us this year and zero regrets about any and all food item choices.
