Hello I am going to start posting here because its less intimidating than twitter (and a better website)
- I love magic the gathering and yugioh and I will ALWAYS want to talk about them!

GUYS I DID IT I LOCKED IN!! 2ND PLACE AT LOCALS TODAY WITH DRACOTAIL! (I know this isnt impressive but im proud of it because im not very good at the game!!!) I love this deck so much omg its so fun. Only loss was to VS-K9 which genuinely feels un-winnable LMAO (he also got 1st)

Dam I rlly need some advice on making friends in the yugioh community. I wish I had people to play with and yap about the game with, but literally nobody I know plays or has any interest in it :(

I'm so, so, sorry to all Americans for today's news. What a heartbreaking result. I can only hope that Australia doesn't try to copy any of the stupidity that we'll be put through in the next 4 years, as we tend to.

Man I've always been positive about the UB stuff in mtg even if it's not for me, but it's hard to keep that up. Doesn't feel like I'm able to say that it's not for me if I want to play competitively. But on a more happy note, I'm really excited for Tarkir and EoE!

the problem with goblins is that no legacy support will ever live up to that first wave. you can give them all the extenders and s/t interaction in the world, you're never gonna come up with something that makes me want to play the deck more than "this guy's name is BIG GABONGA"
