A simple little cup. Maybe it was supposed to be a mug but didn't get a handle in time, who's to say?

I still don't fully know what glaze+kiln magic gives the pink blush but I love it against the cobalt oxide wash, alongside the creamy matt base glaze 💗

In this batch I've got two jars that I'm excited about, an oil bottle, some bud vases, a bunch of mugs, a candlestick holder, some bowls and some plant pots 🤞🏼✨

Looks like I've got some glazing to do 🫠 I haven't met a potter yet that actually likes glazing (raise your hand if you do?) but I'm definitely still in the nervous overwhelm stage where I haven't fully got my glaze repertoire down.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the glazing stage, it feels like a minefield at the moment as I'm still deep in testing mode, trying to find my perfect glazes and combinations. So plenty of opportunity to ruin these yet!
